Resolution
I know it is needed in my life,
but what is it?
As I was typing I realized that an easy definition may be
re-solution.
The first solution isn't working,
so you need to rework it.
There are some issued in my life that need resolved.
Re-solved.
At one time things were working well.
Problems have come up that need solutions.

Continuing to do things that are not working
and expecting a different outcome is useless.

What do you do when you are involved with a group of people that has issues and you seem to be one of a few who realize that re-solution needs to happen?

Today we (the few) decided to make overtures- and if they are not received, move ahead.
Come up with solutions for the things we can fix.
Don't carry the responsibility for things we are not responsible for.
Re-solution.
