when God says rest...

there has been a lot going on in my circle recently

this morning I may have heard God whisper "rest today"

I may have thought "okay"

and I may have been started out with that intent

and I may have been planning what I could do this afternoon

and this morning I may have stepped in a hidden hole my dogs dug,

thereby tweaking my calf muscle

ouch, but I am so thankful it wasn't a broken ankle

I will definitely be resting,

not only today,

but for a few days

elevation, ice, time and ibuprofen are my friends

I do not blame God for this injury,

the culprits are two furry, four legged creatures.

Anyone interested in adding two members to their family?
