I have calmed down. I have edited yesterday's post about 4 times, cutting out a little more each time, so if you read it for the first time today you are getting the Reader's Digest condensed version!

I am thankful for the huge guard God placed over my lips last evening to keep the venom and poison from spewing.

I am going to walk step by step, praying for that huge guard to remain over my mouth.

I am going to continue asking God to search and know and cleanse my heart.

I am going to listen to what I say and how I say it.

That is a good barometer for knowing what is brewing in my heart.
