Leaky eyes are common for me these days.

I cry tears of

joy

frustration

grief

hope

happiness

worship

I cry for

lost dreams

future hopes

myself

my family

my friends,

and okay, I admit it,

at Hallmark commercials.

Sometimes I cry for no apparent reason.

I am looking forward to the day promised in Revelation 21:3-4

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, 'Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.' "

I wonder if there will still be tears of joy and happiness and worship.

Regardless, until that day comes, I better invest in more packages of pocket Kleenex.
