22/366 The First Crocus

some might say it's "just" a little bitty flower, 

a common crocus

but it is so much more 

it is a reminder that there are cycles in life

it will not always be "this" season

each season has a purpose

it is hope

it is beauty

it is strength 

"While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.”
