what I feel vs. what I know 104/366

this is a non definitive list of my current feelings, thoughts and emotions: 

off kilter

unbalanced

odd

not quite right

spinning out of control 

racing, but not going anywhere

dizzy

limping

claustrophobic

twilight zone(ish)

stuck

wavering

shaken

distant

tentative

skittish

wary

hesitant

shadowed

removed

isolated

lost

surrounded

and though it does not make sense,

at the same time,

confidently anchored is the unshakeable position of my soul

why?

because I know

Him who was, who is and who is to come

he is faithful

always

and in all ways

so my wavering heart,

with all of its trembling weaknesses,

has a tight hold on Him

I refuse to let go

because past experience assures me

He will hold me as close as I allow Him to hold me

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” 

says the Lord God, 

“who is and who was and who is to come, 

the Almighty.”
