Happy Valentine's Day from Georgia

I woke up to coffee and carnations from my son-in-law...

Selah made pink, heart shaped pancakes and homemade syrup for breakfast. (Abigail wanted to make homemade biscuits but she hasn't been feeling well so we are waiting until she is fully recovered for that treat.)

Momma and Papa had a Breakfast date and brought lunch home. Dr. Pepper, heart shaped pizza and doughnuts for the kids. Coca Cola and a yummy Greek salad for me.

We exchanged homemade Valentines.
So many memories swamped me today.
Happy, thankful tears may have dripped down my cheeks.

Afterward Deborah and I walked to the girls dorm to drop off a few things. It is a perfect spring day-mid 60's and sunshine today. On our way home I thought about how much beauty and enjoyment I would've missed this last two and a half weeks if I hadn't walked through the opened door to make this trip to Georgia with them.

and I am beginning to wonder what new doors lie before me...
