Rock Solid Fitness

I've heard people mention that Facebook can hear our conversations, convinced by ads that show up in their feed after mentioning interests, etc. Recently I've noticed this ad showing up in my feed, multiple times. RKsolid Fitness. Rock Solid Fitness. It sounds intriguing. I'm pretty sure my girls may have mentioned their interest in strength and fitness while I had my computer open. And they have made life choices that are moving them that direction.

I have an interest and commitment of my own. I am trying to make better food choices so rather than Hershey's I have homemade chocolate Larabars that are pretty tasty. Almonds, walnuts, dates, cocoa powder and a few chocolate chips makes a more healthy snack to take care of my sweets craving.

My current state of fitness is marshmallow soft

and I don't see it changing anytime soon.

At least not before I decide I want fitness more than I want to treat myself...
