rainy days and soccer games

 

this is a pretty place,

it would be a beautiful evening for soccer if...

it was dry

it was sunny

it was warmer

the field drained better so there weren't puddles on the playing surface

but it isn't any of those things

today I am reminded that sometimes 

we have to do what we have to do 

in less than ideal circumstances

how we do what we need to do is on us

we can't blame anyone else for our mindset or attitude...
