Welcome Spring 69/366

Friday I needed a pick me up and these were blooming for the first time.

daffodils were filling their heads with dreams of showing themselves. 

Today, Monday, one daffodil couldn't wait any longer,

others are on the verge of bursting open,

and it's hard to see in this picture,

but the Dutch Iris had an extra buddy blooming today

and lots of crocus were soaking in the sunshine.

and I sat in a lawn chair,

watching our first spring practice.

Spring.
The calendar says we have another 10 days of winter, 
these things indicate it's early.
