ooops 86/366

do you ever do something,
and realize too late, 
you probably shouldn't have?
yeah, me neither.
I ALWAYS get it right.
first time every time
... and sometimes I lie

today was another beautiful day
blue skies
70(ish) temperature
I walked a little
I sat on the porch swing and read for awhile
I also decided to clean out the shed
it was that last decision that led to my latest "oops" 

part of the clean up involved moving something
not a big deal
I didn't think it was heavy
but about halfway through the process of pushing it back toward the wall
I pulled something
something that shouldn't be pulled
so rest, ice and ibuprofen it is for the next little bit

I wish these situations in my life 
came with a warning label
or flashing neon lights
clanging bells,
something 
to warn "dumb move ahead"
before it became a dumb move...

please don't worry, 
honestly, I am going to be okay, 
I'll just be moving slower the next few days 
which will limit my opportunity to make another unwise choice
see, there is a silver lining in every cloud
