KCU cafeteria happiness

what had Andrew so excited Monday in KCU's cafeteria?
something I never would have guessed.

it wasn't that he could enjoy pizza without preparing it,

it was something much different:

it was the brussel sprouts next to the rotisserie chicken. 

yes, you read that correctly.

brussel sprouts.

he's already promised,

the next time I visit them he's getting us some from a local place

I won't hold him to that promise

on second thought,

 they did change his opinion of them...

the oreo cookie ice cream and waffle cone made him pretty happy too
