when flowers speak
on this dark, dreary, rainy day when I went to my mailbox I glanced over at my front flower bed...
my crocus just keep pushing up and blooming
my snowdrops are late this year and blooms are sparse
my first daffodil is opening
I was reminded that flowers don't argue about
the weather conditions
the place they are planted
what the flower next to them is doing
(or not doing)
whether or not it's the "right time" for them to bloom,
what they might have to face after showing their faces
they just keep doing the next right thing they were created to do
lessons I can glean from...
