hope fulfilled

last fall I invested in some new life for my flowerbeds

there are no guarantees

only hope

prepare the soil

add fertilizer 

bury the bulbs

wait

look what God did,

through the cold and from the darkness 

new life!

giant crocus

hyacinth

daffodil

narcissus

new clematis

double daffodil

a shared peony start that I planted in August and thought died

and not new, 

but I had to share,

 the lilac is full of promise!
