me too girl, me too
This afternoon as I was waiting for my flight home
I read a Facebook Message from Deborah.
It included this:
I was stunned. Pleased, but stunned.
I sat there and by repeatedly swallowing hard,
was able to keep the ugly cry from erupting.

When we landed I texted Sarah-and somehow my phone translated her name into something that pulled up a group for me to text. Bill's name was the first one in the group.
What in the world?
Noell, Kaelyn, Korah and Willow made a "welcome home grandma" sign and tumbled out of the van to display it for me as we loaded my bags. It made me smile.
We stopped at Chipotle for super, and came home.
I unpacked my bags and started laundry.
While I was in North Carolina Jonathan repaired my rocker, the one that sent me into an ugly cry last fall.
I am so pleased. It is the lone survivor of the furniture Bill and I bought when we moved to Grayson. I called and thanked him and we chatted a few minutes.
I decided to go to KCU to see some of my soccer family.
There must be something in the air.
Korah Lily came downstairs when I got home and said,
"I wish grandpa was here."
All I can say is "Me too girl, me too."
(This is an old pic, but it is one of my favorites of her.)
