Beth and Sarah have always been creative
and good at willingly including their younger siblings in their endeavors,
making sure there was something for each one to do 

in this instance, 

they wrote,

practiced,

designed and put up the set (see the curtains?)

then performed a Christmas Play for Bill and I to enjoy

and enjoy it we did

I'm thankful for this picture 

a sweet memento of that priceless time in our lives,

evidence that six children from the same gene pool, 

but as different as day and night

can learn how to work and play hard, together

it's one thing they didn't outgrow
