   in grief
   in calm
   in troubles

being
   quiet
   available
   approachable

giving
   your time
   your attention
   your encouragement

holding
   a hand
   a secret
   on to what is good

sharing
   tears
   hopes
   smiles

praying
   for
   with
   through

watching
   patiently
   protectively
   purposefully

love is not easy
love is not selfish
love is a precious gift
love requires sacrifices
love makes you vulnerable
love is worth the investment...
