this is me

little by little, 
bit by bit, 
it is all coming together

this project is, 
in part,
a reflection of me 

it is making my home different 
different than anywhere I have ever lived
different than anything Bill and I would have done together

different takes some getting used to
but I find that as this project nears completion
my self confidence is growing

who knew that changing paint 
and investing in new flooring
could help one become more comfortable in their own skin
