with a blue sky and sunshine

making the day feel like a rainbow at the end of a stormy season

I've spent all but the first of my waking hours outside,

walking, then on the porch or in the flower beds

working, resting, listening to sermons, reading, weeding, writing

I've had a chance to catch my breath, to relax

mentally

emotionally

spiritually

physically

today has been a perfect gift
