useless or part of something beautiful? 270/366

sometimes "worthless" things are actually quite useful

take, for instance, this bonfire I enjoyed immensely last night-

it was fueled by roots dug up, rendered useless when my new sewer line went in

and a foot or so of my new shelves 

the ends weren't good so I sawed them off and put them in the fire pit

if there are parts of your life you thought would fit or best be used "here",

but they didn't,

don't discount them-

they will be useful at another time or for another purpose

God doesn't waste any experience that we turn over to Him

He is a Master at taking all the pieces of our lives

the good 

the bad

the ugly

and creating something for His glory when we quit holding onto them
