Sarah and I are visiting Ruth.
Ruth is sharing yummy treats with us-
one involves frozen banana's, strawberries, milk or water, a blender.

The process is loud.
The process involves change.
It reminds me of my life.

Bits of this.
Portions of that.
All mixed together.

Flavors of what was originally
are discernible, 
yet different.

Nothing looks like it did before,
but something beautiful,
something enjoyable was the end result.
