new year, refreshed goals
it's a new year
I refreshed some goals
one is to exercise more self control in my food choices
like last night,
self control looks like
other times,
like today after cleaning the church,
it looks like this
eating half of a box of thin mints rather than consuming the whole box in one sitting |
like today after cleaning the church,
it looks like this
throwing remainder of said mints in the trash without even opening the box so that you don't eat the rest of them |
start where you are
celebrate each victory
small or large
it doesn't matter
it is still a victory
