livin' the sloth life

today
I 
could
not
get
motivated
to
move
quickly

going
in
slow
motion
would
have
been
an
upgrade

to 
be
honest
I
felt
like
a
sloth
looks

today 

there
was
plenty
to
do

I
just
didn't
have
gumption

until about seven this evening

I don't know why or what,
but something changed
and I found myself upstairs
painting the ceilings of the two bathrooms
painting the only room I had not yet done
and taking the trash to the curb at 10:30 pm
energy surge?
I don't know
but I am thankful for whatever it was
