wake up call for campers 7:30 AM

down to the flagpole by 8:25 AM

Wednesday was a unique day:

packing 11,000+ meals for Africa through Lifeline

Deborah, David, Abigail, Selah and Gabriel arrived in Cincinnati

180+/- 5th & 6th graders is a LOT of 10,11 & 12 year olds in one place

near the front during worship

early mornings

cold showers                       

late nights

creaking beds

Why?

Why would I travel 219 miles one way 

why would I stay at camp, knowing Deborah was so close?

it was time to go back

I would be with people who love God and me

it was an opportunity to use my gifts of mothering and teaching

breakfast sandwiches

monster cookies

and baptisms-53 decisions this week

those are more than enough reasons for me!

the kids that chose to be baptized at camp :)
